By accessing or using the services provided by Advance Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the exclusive property of Advance Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, deliverables created specifically for clients during the course of our engagement become the property of the client upon full payment.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement. This includes business strategies, technical information, customer data, and any other information designated as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement between the parties.
For paid services:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advance Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Advance Labs, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Advance Labs is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Advance Labs regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
